Convinced that all organizations should have access to resources that help them succeed, Kyle formed Fluid Ascent to help small and mid-sized organizations make full use of their data. He’s observed first hand how more comprehensive data solutions can help companies win.
Using common tools in the Microsoft “Stack” like Power BI, SQL Server, and others, he helps companies free up their teams from being “data wranglers” each day/week/month and allow them to focus on measuring outcomes without all that other hassle.
Our name was conceived while our founder was riding his road bicycle up a mountain pass in Colorado and finding that feeling of “flow”. While he may not have been the fastest up the climb there was this feeling of “fluidity” in those moments. We feel business can be much the same way…

About the Founder, Kyle Williams
With two decades of experience, a background in consulting, market research, and data analytics across multiple industries, I’ve seen firsthand the impact that better companywide instrumentation can have on decision-making. Having a heads-up display into the many functions within an organization can help to identify areas of sound performance or opportunity. As they say, “Proof is in the pudding”, and access to information really does ensure a company can be proactive to changing business conditions.
